Future Handyman
SO, in order to revive my non-useless feelings, I decided to try to saw things today.
Yep, took me quite a while because I didn’t have a wood stopper or little thing to keep the wood from moving (my grandfather took it off). So anyway, it was pretty straight and a bit easier than I had thought, but if I had a stopper, then everything would be much better…
So, yeah, I feel great now that I know how to (partially) use a saw and stuff. I even learned how to mark angles and lines on a wooden block. Also how to mark the area that I’m supposed to cut. Now that I learned, its time for a project!
Its can be one of these:
A small wooden box/chest
Puzzle box (I have the blueprints)
A recreation of the pyramid project that I had
Or just about anything boxy I guess….

UPDATE (really small though...)
I've been so busy with the term paper and the science powerpoint, i never had much time to write a full post for a blog... but heres whats going on...
Im in a little bit in a spot here. PSP or iPod? Hmmm....
I've been trying to decide for quite some time now. My mom has been bragging about her latest gizmo, and I'm stuck here listening to it while she rubs it in my face. She recently got an iPod Touch and shes going crazy, I think. But lately my whole family has been in the iPod craze. Auntie got an iPod touch, Dad got an iPhone, and of course mommy got a iPod Touch and an excuse to brag at her poor little son who has a broken iPod Video.
Ouch.
Well, mom said she went on friendster (with her ipod), and has been watching youtube on her iPod. no fair mom...
So anyway....

Architecture Gone Wrong
Our other “members” are Mariel Cacho (who has to have everything done for her by other people), Honey Ray Calog (rarely see him), and Malcolm Ofiasa (who is absolutely no help at all).
Well, I was doing some calculating a few weeks back, and I had everything planned out. Turns out some of my calculations were wrong, and the pyramid was actually a tri-mid. Or, if you prefer pyramid with 3 sides (I’m not even sure if tri-mid is even a word). Yeah, and it gets even better, the “tri-mid” would usually have solid sides right? Well, lets just say it has holes in it. Luckily, saved by the teacher, recapped that “the buildings must be made up, and no stealing of designs from buildings already built”. Boy was I happy, I thought this was all my fault.
Design artist, Nicole, was actually expecting it to be a pyramid, and the whole thing was actually supposed to look like pyramids in Egypt, and that the pyramids were supposed to be in Egypt, and we were going to have sand everywhere and camels. BUTT (yes “butt”, its not a typo), the teacher had announced what she had announced and its all good…
BUTT (not a typo), theres this concept that I actually want to do. The “tri-mids” are actually, pretty cool looking. Cheah, thats awesome, isnt it? Hahaha well, I dont know, what do you think?
We are actually going to give it a nice varnish to make it look classy yet modern. Well, its up to our designer, yep. Our lolo is actually putting the hinges on it as we speak. If you are wondering about the hinges, the "tri-mids" are actually going to open up, and there will be something inside. Yeap, pretty cool huh? thanks to my dream job of being an architect (as soon as I'm done with nursing).

Local Possessions...
AS TOLD BY PEOPLE THAT WANT TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS (and RJ)
So they were inside the Alumni Church doing their thing and stuff. Then all the sudden, about two people got possessed and had to be pinned down. Wow, think about that.... So they were pinned down (great idea guys), and resisted the whatever of the guys pinning them down. A lot of the people were scared, and some were crying. Then RJ says that the people that were crying all the sudden got possessed and soon there were like 12 people possessed AT THE SAME TIME! Weird huh? Yeah, I thought to. Soon the church was a havoc, and pastors and people were called from their houses (at night) just go out and exorcise the people.
My lolo was there so I guess he helped too...
UPDATE!!!!
So yeah, this is the whole story as told by our teacher. He said that the people were actually supposed to camp in this place called Kisalom (I'm not sure how to spell it), and when they were hiking to that place, they passed a place of sugarcane fields.
So when they were there, about 2 people were possessed near the sugarcane fields. Which by the way SUCKS I KNOW! So after that, the people continued on their journey (I'm not sure whether the people were exorcised) until they reached the gates of their campsite. Then at the gates, the counselors were posssessed (I think about 4 of them).
So in their scary adventures, they hiked back to the church, and at that night about 12 were possessed. That sucks... Later on in the morning, again, they were attacked, about 9 of them...
So wow, they finally decided to leave and stuff. But on their way home, outside the gates of our school and property, they again got possessed.... Dang...

Artshow (hehe, its pitiful I know)
But now my passion is photography. And to show you one of my works, I'm going to give an exclusive look into my gallery. Hehe... Gallery...
OKAY HERE WE GO!
So, I like to call this piece "Walk Away."It actually was my dinner and stuff. When my sister was about to eat her food, I noticed that the hot dog looked like it was walking away the other hot dogs. Or if you put in other terms, the other two hot dogs were gossiping about the other one and the other one didn't want to hear it so it just walked away. Actually.

Stupid Economy...
SOLUTION!!!!
How bout we all just press the restart button at the back of the economic system!
There, problem solved. BUTT (yes, butt)! I know its way harder than that, and we all know theres no "button" behind the economic structure. Yeah, it would be great... But why can we just start this whole thing over again? You know, start the thing from the beginning where nobody owed people stuff (yet) and where the market would take a second chance and stuff? Hmm? Yeah... Its pretty harsh now since they've been laying off people's jobs and stuff. Think about that
America, the Land of the Free! AND THE HOME OF THE (thousands of companies laying-off people and going bankrupt because all they want is more money when everything is better when is free... Like air. If air is free, why isnt everything else...) FREE (Oh I know why, I think its because air is needed thats why its free and everything else that isnt needed is practically expensive and useless)! Yeah...
Well, I don't really understand Economics (even though I'm taking the class for highschool), so this is just a dummy view of the economy.....
Thats Odd....

Strange Obsessions...
So, again with the karaoke machine. They actually can also play songs that they downloaded and blast it really loud so the rest of the people can listen. Yeah, thats awesome, my home theater can do that (by that I mean my ipod). But the strange obsession is, they play this one song over and over again. The song's title happens to be::
Artist: Flo-Rida
Genre: Really Really Annoying....
So yeah, thats the song. They love it so much, everyone in the Phillipines is singing it, even though its almost a year old. I know, its a great song, but they ABUSED IT! They play it so much that everyone knows it! Or... Just know what it sounds like. I heard someone singing the wrong lyrics... BUT STILL, by far they have ruined what was once a great song! They loved it so much that they invented a filipino version of the song.
::SCENARIO::
Nick: Hey Trixie, you know the filipino version of "Low"?
Trixie: Which one?
Nick: (Surprised) Theres more than one?!
Exactly what I mean by obsessed. I listened to both versions of the song. The Tagalog and Bisaya version, and let me tell you, it was not pretty... Horrible, like one of those strange Mel Gibson movies where getting shocked with a blow-dryer can actually make you read minds... Hold your breath I know what you're thinking....
Look out for the next post... :D TO BE CONTINUED!!!

Starting Out Life (Again...) :P
So recently I somehow ended up here in MVC (Phillipines) and I don't know what to do anymore. Usually back home in Florida I'd watch a whole lot of TV and Myspace and Youtube etc.etc. The usual stuff, yeah, its gone... Haha! So now I'm here in MVC and its been okay. Not much to do now, although I stilll get to sit like I always do. Never to do anything. Well, so heres how it goes. By the way, thats an old picture of me.. >>>>>>
SO! The main reason I came to MVCA is because school is simple, and you can learn alot when everything is blocked off (television, internet), except I get to do those things every once in a while. But I also came here so I can get into college very quickly. Because in Florida, I would be a Sophmore, but here in the Phillipines, I'm a senior. Pretty awesome right? Hehe WRONG! In a way this is pretty cool, but missing most of your highschool life isn't that great. Usually they say the best years are highschool years, but I only get two years worth of fun... Boohoo... Thats pretty much the downfall. Yeah, and the worst part is, I used to have countless classmates (all unique and different and fun loving) but now I have only 30 classmates. Meaning, there are only 31 seniors IN THE ENTIRE SCHOOL. Yeah, it pretty much sucks because almost everybody is the same, and I really dont like the way some of them act. Yeah... Just some of them. The rest are alright.
There, thats what life is in the school. But, I have a feeling that everything will be fine.
So, about the people. Now I know I may be acting like girl when I say this, but, I gotta admit its pretty much true. I have this thing against a certain person. All I can say is that s/he's pretty much a liar. S/he's been telling people lies and stuff about our family that practically (and absolutely) are not true. I won't go into detail but I can tell you, I want to punch her/him. Just to let you guys in, our family is not rich, we are not spending money for around the world trips, nor are we sending cars (or any type of that rich people crap) to the Phillipines. Hoo.... Yeahh....
So, I will update when I can, I have alot of "interesting" stories to tell all. Of course this first post wont interest much people, but I'm sure that the future posts will be awesome.
